Google will provide new privacy features to millions of smartphones simultaneously, keeping in mind the privacy of users.
The company has decided to block access to a variety of applications that have not been used for a long time even if they have been downloaded to an Android user phone.
This means that the app's 'permissions', including SMS, contact list, sensors and other important features will be turned off. According to the company, this feature will be available to users from next December.
As a result, the company will add 'auto reset permission' to the Android privacy feature. This will prevent long-term unused apps from accessing such features.
When the app starts to run, the access provided initially will be restored immediately.
Google has already made this feature available on Android XI and will make it available for older versions of Android from next December.
According to the company, this feature will now be available on devices from Android 6 onwards.
